I really liked the location! It was super close to the railway station, just a short walk away from shopping and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I totally appreciated the luggage service—they made travel so much easier. Plus, the breakfast was tasty, especially if you enjoy Japanese cuisine.
My experience wasn’t all great. The mattress was really hard, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable. the windows didn’t open, which was a bummer. it could have been better!

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights while exploring the city, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by vibrant nightlife and shopping options. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr Ishimoto, who made our stay even more enjoyable. I loved the convenience of having laundry facilities and a vending machine nearby. The available skincare sachets and complementary amenities made our stay feel extra special.

During our recent stay for a short vacation, we were impressed with the hotel. The breakfast was undoubtedly the best we've had in Japan, served in a lovely restaurant with fantastic views. The spacious rooms offered a comfortable environment, and the location was ideal, just steps away from the subway and the vibrant shopping district. With an airport bus stop right in front and convenient access to local Izakayas, it made our travel experience seamless. The laundry room was also a pleasant surprise, spacious and well-equipped.
I can just recommend this hotel.

Great location, just a short walk away from the vibrant Oasis 21 and the bustling Osu district. We loved exploring the colorful streets filled with shops and cafes. It was a perfect base for our family's Nagoya adventure.
My kids wished there was a play area or a kids' club in the hotel.

The staff were hella friendly and helpful. The location was dope - we could easily walk to Oasis 21 and Osu for some sick shopping. The rooms were comfy AF and the beds were perfect for crashing after a wild night out.
The only thing we'd ask for is a lit party scene at the hotel. It would've been dope if the hotel had a cool bar or lounge where we could turn up with our squad.

We also enjoyed the convenience of the location, being close to shopping and dining options. The air conditioning in our room was also a plus, especially since it was hot outside.
While the breakfast was included, it was a bit disappointing with limited options. the room was quite small and lacked kitchen facilities, which made it difficult to prepare our own meals during our stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated for those wanting to experience the city’s vibrant nightlife. Many restaurants, shops, and services are located in the area. The hotel staff is professional, friendly, and able to speak fluently in English. Additionally, the bathroom is fully stocked with toiletries, and the room is clean and includes all necessary amenities.
The breakfast did not meet our expectations. Protein was lacking, and the options were limited.

It was a practical choice for our first visit to the city. We enjoyed the convenience of having shopping and services nearby. The great nightlife and a variety of restaurants within walking distance added to our enjoyable stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, always providing quick service.
